Call me or send me a message in order to arrange a mutually convenient time to go through and complete the questionnaire above about your child's sleep situation. We will also discuss the gentle sleep training methods that would be best suited to your child. A personalised plan along with a structured feeding and nap routine will be generated within 24 hours of payment.

E-Mail Package

Complete and return the questionnaire above detailing your child's sleep situation. Once answers are submitted a personalised sleep plan along with a structured feeding and nap routine will be generated within 24 hours of payment. Unlimited questions and support via e-mail for 10 days.
Bronze Package

Complete and return the questionnaire above or we can arrange a mutually convenient time for me to call you to discuss your child's sleep situation.
If you wish to go ahead, we can arrange our telephone consultation to discuss the gentle methods that would be best suited to you and your child.
I will send you your personalised sleep plan which will include a structured feeding and nap routine and then we will have our private telephone consultation to go through the plan and to answer any other questions you may have prior to starting the sleep plan.
